Moving Harmony to a new room
This article guides you through the process of moving your Harmony remote to a new room.
Moving Harmony
After moving your Harmony equipment to its new room, follow the steps below to reconfigure your setup.
- Use the MyHarmony Desktop software or Harmony app to delete your devices in the current room.
- Once the devices associated with an Activity are deleted, the Activity will be deleted as well.
- Be sure to delete all of your devices. Otherwise, you may have Activities remaining from your old setup.
- If needed, you can delete any remaining Activites.
- Next, add the devices in your new room to your Harmony account.
- Finally, add your Activites and if needed, rename your hub to match its new room.
Moving Harmony

- Use the Harmony app to delete your devices in the current room.
- Once the devices associated with an Activity are deleted, the Activity will be deleted as well.

- If needed, you can delete any remaining Activites.
- Next, add the devices in your new room to your Harmony account.
- Finally, add your Activites and if needed, rename your hub to match its new room.
