Warranty period for new Harmony products
- North America — 1 year limited hardware warranty and 90 days toll-free phone and email support. Extended phone and email support is available on a pay-per-incident basis beyond 90 days.
- Europe — 2 years limited hardware warranty and toll-free phone and email support.
- Asia Pacific — 1 year limited hardware warranty and toll-free phone and email support.

- North America — 90 days limited hardware warranty. Phone and email support is available on a pay-per-incident basis.
