Harmony displays the wrong time

In April 2016, Harmony Team discovered a defect which may cause Harmony to report the wrong time when Harmony Hub is powered on without an internet connection.

How to resolve incorrect time

Please update your firmware to resolve this issue, this is particularly important if you have Activities that trigger at a specific time, or a Harmony hub‑based remote that displays the time.

Using the Harmony mobile app

  1. Select MENU in the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Next, tap > Harmony Setup > Sync.

Using the MyHarmony desktop software

  1. Launch the MyHarmony desktop software and select your remove from the gallery.
  2. Click Sync in the upper right corner.
