If you’re still having problems and need to speak with one of our specialists, your Harmony comes with a limited period of toll-free phone and/or email support. Our dedicated and experienced Harmony support experts are here to help.

Prefer to reach us by email? If you're still within your email support period then you may submit a question to our support team. You may be asked to sign in using your MyHarmony email ID and password.

During the holidays... Harmony email support will be paused during the holiday season and is expected to remain off-line until mid-January. We encourage you to search support.myharmony.com for troubleshooting information, or posting on our online community forums where support agents and other customers can help.

Submit a Warranty Claim

If you need to exchange or repair your Harmony and are still within your warranty period, then may submit an online warranty claim. You may be asked to sign in using your MyHarmony email ID and password.

When calling, please have the email ID used to create your Harmony account available. Also, if calling for assistance with Harmony App, we recommend calling from a phone other than the smartphone with which you use Harmony App.

During the holidays... As we experience higher call volumes during the holidays, please be advised that your wait time may be 30 minutes or more. Harmony support will be closed on December 25th and January 1st.
