Reboot your Harmony Home Hub to apply daylight savings change

On November 2nd, 2014, the daylight savings change in North America caused some Harmony Ultimate Home, Companion (formerly Home Control) and Home Hub products to report the wrong time. The Harmony Team rolled out a fix for this on November 4th; however you must reboot your Harmony Home Hub to receive the update. This fix will also resolve future daylight saving changes.

This fix is particularly important if you have Activities that trigger at a specific time, or have a Harmony Ultimate Home remote that displays the time.

How to reboot your Harmony Home Hub

  1. Power off all your Harmony Activities.
  2. Either disconnect the USB cable from the back of your Harmony Home Hub, or unplug the power adapter from the wall.
  3. Wait 10 seconds, then plug your Home Hub back in.

The hub will take approximately 60 seconds to power on and retrieve the proper time settings from the internet.
