Questions regarding the Harmony software, Wi-Fi connectivity, and controlling devices or fixing Activities may require several email interactions to troubleshoot and may be best resolved through our telephone support.

Submit a Warranty Claim

If you need to exchange or repair your Harmony and are still within your warranty period, then you may submit an online warranty claim. You may be asked to sign in using your MyHarmony email ID and password.
