How to sync Harmony

In July 2016, the Harmony team identified an issue that prevented some PlayStation 4's from properly powering off. This affects hub‑based Harmony remotes that control Playstation via Bluetooth. A patch has since been released which you may apply directly from your touchscreen remote by selecting: Menu > Settings > Sync Remote.

Non-touchscreen remotes may apply the patch using the Harmony mobile app: MENU > Harmony Setup > Sync.
